Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Support lead generation and business development for mobile app and IT services.
- Search for relevant mobile app development projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and other freelancing platforms.
- Assist with project bidding, proposal preparation, and client follow-ups.
- Support LinkedIn lead generation, business outreach, and professional networking.
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand mobile app development services and project requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, client responses, and bidding activities.
- Assist with recruitment coordination and other office-related tasks.
- Perform additional office operations and business development responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in mobile applications, IT services, and business development.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn online bidding, lead generation, and client communication.
- Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or LinkedIn is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates from BCA, B.Tech, MCA, and other IT-related backgrounds are preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work from our office in Kharar, Mohali.
- Local candidates from Kharar, Mohali, and nearby areas are preferred.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and immediate availability are essential.

- Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Fixed)
