Role: Talent Acquisition - Internship

About the Role
A full-time, on-site internship based in Noida, supporting end-to-end recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract suitable talent.
- Manage walk-in interviews.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to support end-to-end hiring processes.
- Skills in Interviewing and Hiring to effectively assess and select suitable talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Interest in human resources, recruitment, or talent management.
- Current students or recent graduates in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
