About the Role

Silicon Signals is hiring Fresher's for positions in Embedded Software Engineer (Intern) for our BSP/Device-driver team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software using C, C++, and/or other relevant programming languages.
• Design, develop, and test embedded systems hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues with embedded systems hardware and software.
• Participate in code and design reviews with peers.
• Follow established development processes and procedures to ensure high-quality software and hardware development.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the embedded systems field.
• Assist with other engineering projects as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Solid understanding of embedded systems development including microprocessors and microcontrollers.
• Proficient in C, C++, and/or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with Linux internals, TCP/IP, and multi-threading.
• Knowledge of Linux device drivers.
• Familiarity with software development tools such as debuggers, compilers, and version control systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for learning new technologies and developing innovative solutions.
