About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify, attract, and hire the right talent. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle, from understanding job requirements to final candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
