About the Role
Product Manager Senior Specialist at SalesForce-ad, Hyderabad/Bangalore. This role offers an exciting and fast-paced start-up work culture, the opportunity to work for a highly respected brand, create enterprise software technology, and own and build a multi-billion dollar business.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze user needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, customer research, and product data to drive the overall success of the product.
- Help to define a product vision and strategy.
- Partner with designers to create an intuitive and beautiful user experience.
- Work with engineers to build proof of concept & design.
- Help evangelize product vision through presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Demonstrable experience in building enterprise SaaS products.
- Passion for building products with enterprise scale.
- Strong Product Management skills.
- Ability to work in a team of other PMs with interdependencies.
- Agile methodology.
- API experience.
- Direct experience using and critically reviewing code and artifacts generated by large language model (LLM) coding assistants and agentic tools.
- Ability to effectively guide AI tools to achieve desired outcomes.
- Graduates should have direct experience using and critically reviewing code and artifacts generated by LLM coding assistants and agentic tools, with active experimentation using tools like Gemini, Cursor, or other agent-based frameworks being a strong advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical roles.
- Work Experience: 0-24 Months.
- IIM PGP (preferred).
- 2027 Graduate (for specific entry-level consideration).
- Great sense of humor, and grace under pressure.
