Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer – Fresher to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, and an interest in creating engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing materials. Freshers with a strong portfolio, academic projects, or personal design work are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for social media posts, stories, ads, banners, and digital campaigns.
• Develop visually appealing graphics based on client and campaign requirements.
• Work with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across creative assets.
• Create multiple design concepts and make revisions based on feedback.
• Assist in designing promotional materials, presentations, website graphics, and other marketing collaterals.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and creative styles.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets properly.
• Support the creative team with day-to-day design requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong creativity and visual sense.
• Basic understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and composition.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into designs.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage.
• Candidates who are willing to learn new design tools are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's/Diploma qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• A portfolio of college projects, personal designs, social media creatives, or other design work will be an added advantage.
