Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Com, BBA, BA, and B.Sc graduates only.
- Undergraduates are not eligible.
- Technical graduates are not eligible such as Btech / BCA.
