About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or students pursuing HR, MBA, BBA, or related courses
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive
- Organized
- Comfortable speaking with candidates
- Interested in building a career in HR & Recruitment
