About the Role
NTT DATA Services seeks a Eligibility Associate, Remote to join their team. This role supports Centene with Enrollment & Billing (EMB) Back Office activities for the Medicaid LOB.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files transmitted from the state.
- Provide timely, efficient support for the eligibility load process, coordinating with different departments to resolve issues.
- Research to correct errors in membership and primary care physician data output.
- Generate internal reports and analysis as needed.
- Enter daily eligibility data: new enrollees, changes, and cancellations.
- Research member/subscriber information to resolve problems and disputes.
- Maintain quality and production standards per client partners, state regulations, and department policies.
- Complete volumes within specified turnaround times.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Office exposure
- English Comprehension/written skills
- Logical thinking ability
- Communication Skills – Both Verbal and Written
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Sunday - Saturday, 7 am EST to 8 pm EST (40 hours/5 days working).
- Schedule availability for the above shift is required, with potential changes based on client requirements.
- May require overtime, holiday working, and weekend working as per business needs.
