About the Role

The Intern – ERP Next role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting the configuration, testing, and optimization of ERPNext modules used across the organization. This position is designed to offer hands-on exposure to ERP systems, business processes, and startup operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering business requirements and mapping them to ERPNext features.
• Help configure workflows, forms, and reports under guidance from senior team members.
• Document processes and prepare user guides.
• Support end users with basic troubleshooting and issue reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data.
• Participate in system testing and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and usability.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational understanding of ERP systems or business process workflows, with a keen interest in learning ERPNext.
• Basic knowledge of databases, software applications, or web technologies.
• Comfort working with digital tools.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently under guidance.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in startups, willingness to take initiative, and openness to learning new tools and methodologies.
