About the Role
A Teacher’s Assistant position at a family-owned Christian childcare center focused on loving and teaching children through Christ.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and developmental activities.
- Supervise and engage children during indoor and outdoor play routines.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Of good character and reputation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 3 months of professional childcare experience.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must pass a full background check and health screening.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a licensed early childhood or preschool setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Coursework in early childhood education or child development.
