Digital Marketing Intern

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns to promote Hiring Insider’s coaching and career services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media channels.
• Create and schedule content.
• Engage with the online community to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance.
• Track key metrics.
• Use web analytics tools to report insights and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to refine digital strategies.
• Optimize content for different platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online touchpoints.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including basic knowledge of campaign planning and optimization.
• Skills in Social Media Marketing, with experience in content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement across major platforms.
• Skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to track, interpret, and present performance data using common analytics tools.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SEO basics, content writing, and email marketing tools is beneficial.
• Demonstrated interest in career development or HR domains is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work full time on-site in New Delhi.
