About the Role
- Kaiten Software is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Intern in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and hiring suitable candidates for various positions.
- Manage and coordinate onboarding activities, joining formalities, documentation, and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain attendance records, track employee leaves, and assist with basic attendance-related activities.
- Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries, support workplace communication, and help maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain employee records, confidential files, HR databases, and other important organizational documents.
- Contribute to building a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture through employee-focused initiatives.
