About the Role
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the design team on everyday requests, learning how a large organisation builds and maintains its visual identity. You will get hands-on exposure to design work for a large global organisation from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Create presentation decks, internal graphics, and marketing assets from briefs
- Resize and adapt existing designs across formats and channels
- Prepare clean, export-ready files following brand specs
- Apply brand and style guidelines consistently across every deliverable
- Take feedback from senior designers and iterate quickly
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite
- A good eye, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
- Clear written and spoken English
- A reliable remote-work setup
Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years in design, including internships, with a portfolio
- Preferred: A design degree, diploma, or strong self-taught portfolio
- Preferred: Any internship or freelance design experience
- Preferred: Interest in working within a large, structured organisation
