About the Role

The Tender and Bid Management Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves supporting the end-to-end tender and bid process, including identifying relevant opportunities, gathering documentation, and coordinating submissions. The intern will help prepare bid proposals, draft and review technical and commercial content, and maintain tender databases and trackers.

Qualifications

• Skills in bid preparation and proposal writing.
• Ability to organize information, draft structured responses, and perform basic documentation review.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
