About the Role
- A growing company seeking a curious, hands-on individual to learn digital marketing through practical application.
- Permanent Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Marketing: Planning, posting, and growing brand pages.
- SEO: On-page optimization, keyword research, and local SEO.
- Paid Marketing: Setting up and managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Designing creatives for social media and ads.
- Business Development: Client outreach and lead generation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (a course or certification is a plus).
- Comfortable with tools like Canva.
- Familiarity with Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager.
- Self-driven and disciplined for remote delivery.
- Eager to learn and take ownership.
Compensation
- First 3 months: ₹5,000/month retainer (training period).
- From month 4: ₹15,000/month + performance incentives.
