About the Role

At Yours Buddy Media, we help creators, founders, and brands turn podcast recordings into polished, engaging content. From audio and video editing to social-ready clips, audiograms, thumbnails, titles, show notes, and publishing support, we help podcasts look and sound their best across digital platforms. We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Intern to help us connect with podcast creators and brands, identify new opportunities, and support our outreach and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and industry trends
• Identify, qualify, and organize leads
• Support outreach campaigns and follow up with prospects
• Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to nurture leads
• Assist with early client interactions and basic customer support
• Track business development activity, document insights, and suggest ways to improve our outreach

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• An organized approach to lead generation and database management
• A customer-focused, responsive attitude
• An interest in podcasts, digital media, or content creation
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools; CRM experience is a plus

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
