About the Role
An Advocacy Operations Associate passionate about supporting a fast-paced Ops environment, enjoying the challenges and rewards of working in a fast-growing and international organization. This is a high visibility position with scope for creativity and self-development.
About The Team
Advocacy Operations (AO) supports Amazon Flex to resolve scenarios that impact the delivery partner experience through real-time monitoring and offline operational work. The AO team is looking for an L2 associate at the Hyderabad site to support the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Follows SOP or manager's instructions and ensures tasks are quality compliant.
- Contributes to project improvement ideas, if applicable.
- Provides timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks with guidance, as per SOP and SLA.
- Proactively raises issues/alarms to manager or stakeholders.
- Meets business metrics and goals, including SLA, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks.
- Maintains records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
- Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Office products and applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and manage work plans, timelines, and accommodate multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English (speak, write, and read).
