About the Role
Visko Real Estate is seeking a Business Development Intern for a full-time, on-site position in Indore. This role offers hands-on experience in real estate business operations and client-facing activities, within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lead generation by identifying prospective clients, collecting contact information, and maintaining lead databases.
- Conduct market research on local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
- Prepare summary reports to support strategic decisions.
- Assist with customer service by responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing basic information about properties and services.
- Support business development campaigns.
- Prepare presentations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and improve client engagement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and client data.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Lead Generation skills and a basic understanding of sales or outreach processes.
- Market Research skills to gather and analyze information on competitors, pricing, and trends.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and CRM or database software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of the real estate sector or a demonstrated interest in property and investments is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
