Management Trainee

About the Role

The Management Trainee internship is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. The trainee will support consulting and advisory projects. The role offers hands-on exposure to business consulting, HR practices, and strategic planning, with structured guidance and mentoring to build professional skills and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and business research.
• Prepare presentations and reports.
• Assist in the design and documentation of strategy, HR, and talent management initiatives.
• Coordinate with mentors and clients.
• Contribute to training and development programs.
• Update project trackers.
• Support performance and HR-related processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to interpret data, study market trends, and prepare clear insights.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English and the ability to create professional documents and slides.
• Basic knowledge or interest in business strategy, HR practices, talent management, and performance management systems.
• Sound organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a structured manner.
• Proficiency in MS Office ( PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or similar productivity tools and comfort using digital collaboration platforms.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, and a professional, ethical approach to work.
