Supplier Onboarding Associate Specialist

About the Role

KBR delivers science, technology, and engineering solutions globally. Trinzic, an independent company to be created from KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business, will launch in January 2027 with over 18,000 employees. This role offers an opportunity to join during a pivotal period of growth and transformation, helping to build and support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Use KBR specific systems to process Global Supplier Onboarding for KBR teams.
• Follow a structured Supplier Onboarding Process flow from end to end.
• Maintain ownership of process stages and advise stakeholders.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner and leverage system automations.
• Maintain the Supplier Onboarding request system on the corporate procurement portal.
• Manage requests from and with internal stakeholders.
• Interface with external stakeholders to gather essential information/data.
• Follow up with all stakeholders in a timely basis to complete each step.
• Create and enhance training collateral of the process and share with the team.
• Maintain process and procedures for the department.
• Contribute to overall Corporate Procurement goals.
