Content Creator & Showroom Associate

About the Role

Punjabi Rasoi Ams, a 20+ year-old gemology and lab-grown diamond boutique in central Kolkata, is seeking a Content Creator & Showroom Associate. This role involves elevating the brand's content and providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work with luxury products and have the opportunity to build a significant portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish monthly content: 10 Reels, 15+ posts, and weekly stories. This includes planning, shooting, editing, and posting with creative freedom within the brand's aesthetic.
• Greet showroom visitors and present diamonds and gemstones.
• Learn on the job: gemology basics, sales techniques, and other retail skills.
• Maintain displays and shooting spots, and update customer records.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A portfolio or live account demonstrating your content creation skills (Reels, edits, product shots).
• Proficiency in any editing tools of your choice (Canva, IG Edits, Adobe Premiere, or others).
• You will use your own phone and tools.
• Comfort with appearing on camera and speaking with customers.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferred.
• Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi is advantageous.
• Interest in gemology or jewellery is a plus, but not required.

Terms

• Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 11 AM - 7 PM.
• Compensation: ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 per month, based on skills demonstrated in the content task.
• Contract: 6-month initial term, with potential for extension and a path to lead social media.
