About the Role
Rezilient Digital is seeking a Chief Technology Officer who can potentially serve as a Co-Founder. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Navi Mumbai. The role is responsible for defining and executing the technology vision, aligning engineering initiatives with business strategy, and building scalable media tech products for global publishers.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading software development and architecture decisions.
- Overseeing end-to-end product development.
- Ensuring robust, secure, and high-performing technology platforms.
- Translating business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Managing technical projects and timelines.
- Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing engineering team.
- Evaluating emerging technologies.
- Establishing best practices and standards.
- Contributing to fundraising and investor discussions.
- Participating in long-term strategic planning.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Software Development and Architecture expertise.
- Experience building scalable, secure, and resilient platforms.
- Product Development experience, including defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features.
- IT Strategy and Project Management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of complex initiatives.
- Background in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising is highly beneficial.
- Experience as a senior technology leader or founder in a growth-stage startup or tech company.
- Responsibility for team building and culture.
- Ability to operate hands-on while driving long-term strategic vision and contributing to business decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work closely with non-technical teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in leading engineering initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing technology teams.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
