Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, and marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Create logos, brand kits, and visual guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
- Design presentations, infographics, email templates, and website graphics.
- Edit and retouch images, and prepare files in appropriate sizes and formats for print and digital use.
- Translate briefs and ideas into clear and attractive visual designs.
- Implement design changes based on feedback and deliver final files on time.
- Organize design files, templates, and brand assets for easy access.
- Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and meet deadlines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of design principles: layout, color, typography, and composition.
- Understanding of branding and visual identity basics.
- Good creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to accept feedback and improve designs.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
Duration: 93 days + 6 days training
Location: Work from home
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 3 flexible working hours (within 24 hours)
Stipend: UNPAID
