About the Role

• Work on brand projects and contribute to the creation of online and/or offline experiences.
• Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and exhibit a passion for content.
• Manage multiple platforms to drive engagement and inspire positive customer behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacting with clients, understanding briefs, planning and management of campaigns, monthly evaluation and executing solutions to enhance the brand’s position.
• Displaying thorough knowledge of brand accounts including values, product/service offerings, short-term and long-term goals, current and future plans, and target audiences.
• Strategizing on monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives based on client briefs.
• Upholding design aesthetics for the brand and constantly endeavoring to elevate imagery.
• Setting timelines for projects based on brand priorities, and managing client expectations by keeping them informed on pursued activities.
• Timely reporting of brand performance to the client as per pre-decided scope, identifying learnings, and implementing them based on findings.
• Making note of and enrolling regular feedback from the client on work quality and possible areas of improvement.
• Identifying opportunities for integrated services for existing clients.
• Identifying opportunities within teams to take up more business/projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of digital and mainline marketing.
• Knowledge of effective targeting and design thinking.
• Application of knowledge to Content Marketing, SEO, SEM, Analytics.
• Excellent presentation skills with a drive to pitch ideas.
