About the Role
The Content & Communication Intern will support Ajna Capital’s brand and portfolio storytelling across digital channels in a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and editing web content, social media posts, and internal communication materials.
- Assisting in developing content strategy and maintaining content calendars.
- Managing and updating content on websites and digital platforms.
- Coordinating with investment and product teams to gather information.
- Ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the firm’s positioning.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to create and refine web content and general writing for digital channels.
- Fundamental understanding of Content Strategy and experience or interest in planning and organizing content themes.
- Basic Content Management skills, including maintaining and updating content on websites or digital platforms.
- Interest in technology startups, with a willingness to learn and research new concepts.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., office suites, collaboration platforms, and social media) is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
