- Modeling: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create surfaces, alignments, profiles, and pipe networks.
- Drafting Standards: Maintain and apply company CAD standards to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers to incorporate redline markups and adjust designs based on feedback from jurisdictional reviews.
- Data Management: Incorporate topographic surveys, GIS data, and architectural footprints into project base files.

- Experience: 0 - 10 years of experience in civil site development or a related field.
- Knowledge Base: Understanding of basic civil engineering principles (e.g., how water flows across a graded surface and how gravity sewers function).
- Detail Oriented: Ability to catch labeling errors, overlapping lines, and scale discrepancies before submittal.
- Education: Associate degree in CAD, Drafting, or Civil Engineering Technology (or equivalent professional experience).
- Familiarity with local municipal codes and permitting processes (preferred).
