Summer 2027 Software Engineering Internship

About the Role

• This is an 11-week paid learning experience where you’ll do real work.
• You’ll build relationships with other interns and leaders across the company.
• You’ll be paired with mentors who will challenge you to grow skills that matter.
• You’ll work alongside T-Mobile employees who have your back.

What It's Like

• Responsible for ensuring data is AI ready by understanding its origin, trustworthiness, sensitivity classification, and certification for use.
• Responsible for managing all privacy consents related to data usage collected from customers for network improvement and personalized experiences.
• Responsible for near real-time architecture and platform delivery of streaming data and real-time intelligence.

What You'll Do

• Be assigned a Sr. developer mentor to shadow and assist with software development.
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture requirements for business pain points.
• Develop solutions to support the vision for Data and how AI interacts to provide business insights.

What It Takes

• No credentials, passion to learn.
• Bonus if they are a developer in their personal time or prior to college.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
• Must have one or more course(s) remaining in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program post-internship.

Relocation assistance will be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $27/hour to $50/hour.
