Founder's Office Intern - Marketing

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns; run A/B tests on creatives, hooks, and audiences.
- Track CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and share a short weekly report with next steps.
- Turn customer and competitor insights into creative briefs, UGC scripts, statics, and Reels.
- Maintain brand voice and visuals consistency across ads, landing pages, and social media.
- Test new growth levers: funnels, offers, referrals, and partnerships.
- Use AI tools daily for research, copy, creative, and reporting, and build simple automations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on Meta Ads experience (a brand, club, side project, or your own store counts).
- Comfortable with numbers and a sharp eye for creative.
- Daily user of AI tools beyond basic prompting.
- Clear writing and an ownership mindset.
Bonus
- First-hand experience using Claude via MCP or the API, e.g., connecting it to Drive, Sheets, or ad data, or automating reporting and creative variations.
Details
- Location: Jayanagar 4th Block, Bengaluru (in office).
- Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month.
- Duration: 4 months.
