About the Role

The Growth & Partnerships Internship at Biggbell.com is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This internship focuses on supporting the identification and outreach of potential brand, agency, and creator partners, and building strategic relationships across the creator ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching market opportunities.
• Assisting with growth campaigns.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Tracking partnership activities and performance.
• Supporting community initiatives.
• Preparing presentations and reports.
• Contributing to sales and onboarding processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical Skills: To research markets, interpret data, and evaluate partnership performance.
• Communication Skills: For engaging with creators, brands, and internal teams.
• Growth Hacking Skills: To experiment with tactics and support scalable growth.
• Sales Skills: For lead generation, partner outreach, and follow-ups.
• Project Management Skills: To organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate initiatives.
• Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or project management tools) is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital communities is highly beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills are welcome.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Noida.
• Demonstrate ownership of tasks.
• Adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
