About the Role
We’re looking for an InP - Finance Shared Services Analyst I to join our ever-evolving Segment Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Active role in R2R, ATR, closing the business P&L, and preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Conduct P&L Trend Analysis and quarterly analytics.
- Work with the audit team.
- Work directly and closely with the business on revenue recognition / expense accounting.
- Coordinate with various business and corporate teams on issues directly associated with product groups.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Oracle ERP
- HFM Reporting
- MS Excel Proficient
Qualifications
- Knowledge/Experience in ATR / R2R.
- Experience in Expense Accounting, Revenue Accounting, or Commission Accounting.
- Experience in Balance Sheet reconciliation.
- Experience in P&L Analysis to identify unusual or erroneous items and variances YoY and QoQ.
- Ability to communicate to all levels within the organization.
- Good knowledge of Revenue Accounting.
- Experience in Process Improvement / Change Management.
- Ability to understand and resolve problems with minimum assistance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Reporting and analysis skills.
