About the Role
Pareto Labs is building the AI infrastructure backbone of emerging markets, bringing powerful AI closer to businesses, developers, and governments. We're looking for a creative, AI-native Growth & Marketing Intern passionate about social media, online branding, viral marketing, and startup growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore strategies to grow our presence on LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
- Develop creative ideas for organic growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Experiment with AI tools to create engaging posts, visuals, and short-form videos.
- Learn how to position an AI startup and communicate complex technologies through compelling storytelling.
- Explore AI, developer, and startup communities and their growth strategies.
- Research social media algorithms, distribution channels, and successful marketing campaigns.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, and social media trends.
- Familiarity with AI, LLMs, and tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
- Passion for growth hacking, viral content, and digital marketing.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable experimenting with new ideas.
- Bonus: Experience growing social media accounts or creating viral content.
Internship Details
- Compensation: Unpaid educational internship focused on mentorship, learning, and professional development.
- You'll gain exposure to AI startup marketing and learn directly from the founding team.
