About the Role

Laila Faisal Studio is seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about fashion, enjoys interacting with people, and understands the importance of delivering a personalized in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and assist them with product selection, styling recommendations, and purchases.
• Sales & Relationship Building: Build meaningful relationships with customers, understand their preferences, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
• Styling & Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the studio’s collections, fabrics, fits, and designs to provide relevant recommendations.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store’s overall presentation, ensuring products are displayed attractively and the space reflects the brand’s aesthetic.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock checks, inventory organization, replenishment, and maintaining accurate product availability.
• Store Operations: Support day-to-day store activities, including billing, customer follow-ups, and ensuring smooth retail operations.
• Brand Representation: Represent Laila Faisal Studio with professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.
