About the Role
The Data Operations Intern at Truesight.Community will support the collection, organization, and maintenance of academic and platform usage data to improve student learning outcomes. This is a remote internship role.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and validating datasets
- Updating records
- Preparing basic reports
- Assisting in documenting data processes and workflows
- Monitoring data quality
- Supporting data entry and tagging
- Collaborating with product and academic teams to ensure accurate information within the platform
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work with structured data (e.g., spreadsheets, basic databases)
- Ability to perform tasks like data entry, cleaning, and validation
- Comfort with using productivity tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar
- Willingness to learn new data-related software or platforms as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Focus on accuracy
- Willingness to follow and document processes for repeatable data workflows
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
- Interest in higher education, student success, or education technology
- Prior exposure to academic environments is a plus.
