About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. Candidates will interact with international customers, understand their requirements, provide product-related information, and recommend suitable subscription plans, product upgrades, and additional features.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Explain product features, subscription plans, and available upgrades.
- Recommend relevant product enhancements based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain excellent customer experience and engagement.
- Meet defined performance and quality parameters.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / International Voice Process / Customer Support.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Good convincing and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in US rotational night shifts.

Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
