About the Role

Weskill is an innovative online training platform focused on upskilling undergraduate students through practical, hands-on learning. This is a remote internship role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and testing of AI-driven learning solutions and tools.
• Assist with data collection and preprocessing.
• Build and evaluate machine learning models.
• Document experiments and results.
• Collaborate with mentors and team members to research AI techniques.
• Contribute to course content or training materials.
• Help improve existing models and pipelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate model performance, and solve complex technical problems.
• Knowledge of Data Science techniques such as data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model training, and evaluation.
• Programming skills in languages commonly used for AI and data science (e.g., Python, R, or similar), and familiarity with relevant libraries or frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate using online tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn emerging AI technologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, version control (e.g., Git), or AI/ML projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
