Position: Social Media Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Present and appear in videos for social media channels, including Reels, Shorts, podcasts, and other informative videos, speaking confidently in front of the camera.
• Generate creative content ideas and convert them into scripts, captions, and posts.
• Support the planning and execution of video shoots, including preparation, rehearsals, and retakes.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, audio, and formats, and adapt them to suit the Seoily brand.
• Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
• Help build an active, engaged online community around the brand.
• Track reach, engagement, and follower growth, and share simple performance insights with the team.
• Use insights to improve future content.
• Coordinate with the team on campaigns while keeping the brand voice consistent.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with no hesitation speaking on screen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and engaging speaking style.
• Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh, original ideas.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
• Willingness to work full time from our Mohali office.
