About the Role
We are looking for sharp, driven professionals to join our Executive Search & Leadership Hiring practice. In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants to identify, research, and engage CXO, VP, and Director-level leaders across diverse industries. This position offers early-career professionals a unique vantage point into organizational strategy, executive talent mapping, and senior leadership ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research to map target industries, competitor organizations, and functional leadership pools.
- Executive Sourcing & Outreach: Build target candidate lists and initiate tailored, discreet outreach to senior-level prospects across digital and professional platforms.
- Candidate Dossier Preparation: Compile detailed profiles, market compensation benchmarks, and structured evaluation summaries for client presentation.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Manage communication touchpoints, schedule senior candidate assessments, and ensure a seamless, confidential interview journey.
- Database & Knowledge Management: Maintain high data hygiene across our executive CRM/ATS, tracking executive movements and emerging industry trends.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, market research, or business development (prior search firm experience is a plus, freshers with strong aptitude welcome).
- Communication: Flawless written and verbal English communication, suitable for interacting with senior industry leaders.
- Analytical Ability: Strong research orientation with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search techniques, and standard productivity suites (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
- Professional Presence: High level of discretion, maturity, and emotional intelligence required to handle confidential executive-level mandates.
