Sales Executive

About the Role
Beyond Concept is seeking motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join their growing team and develop business opportunities across residential, commercial, and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads from builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, and property developers.
- Identify and develop business opportunities in residential and commercial projects.
- Promote uPVC doors and windows, wooden doors, and interior solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, uPVC, furniture, or interior products.
- Ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain client relationships.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Freshers with strong sales potential may also apply.
