About the Role
- Duration: 6 Months
- Salary: ₹10,000 Fixed Monthly During Internship (offer to join full-time at a higher salary after internship)
- Location: Work from Office, Andheri East Mumbai
- Timing: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (Mon to Fri) & Sat 10:30 am to 3:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on Ecommerce website, monitoring inventory and ensuring accurate and appealing content on ecommerce portals.
- Process orders for dispatch that come via the website.
- Maintain production of products by coordinating with vendors.
- Updating ecommerce website order data.
- Responding to customer inquiries related to online offerings.
- Coordinating with sales and marketing teams on promotions.
- Maintaining smooth order and payment processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should be proficient & comfortable working with spreadsheets and web-based tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
