About the Role

The Analyst (Fresher) is a full-time position based in Pune City with a hybrid work arrangement. This role involves assisting in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to financial services, legal compliance, and software solutions to support business decisions and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and dashboards.
• Document processes.
• Perform basic research on market trends and regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Support client-facing teams with data-driven insights.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Learn internal tools, software, and workflows.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with data, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions.
• Basic knowledge of financial concepts, business operations, and an interest in legal and compliance domains.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create structured reports and presentations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and prepare client-ready documentation.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Commerce, Business, Economics, Finance, Law, Computer Science, or related fields is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to hybrid work settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Familiarity with basic data analysis tools or financial software will be an added advantage.
