About the Role
Manhattan Promotions is seeking an ambitious and motivated Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our growing team in New York City. This position is designed for individuals who are interested in developing leadership, business management, marketing, and team development skills. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across different areas of our business, learn directly from experienced team leaders, and build the skills necessary to take on future leadership responsibilities. No previous management experience is required — we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on training in marketing, promotions, and business operations.
- Learn to coordinate and support marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Develop strong communication, customer relations, and leadership skills.
- Assist with team organization, goal setting, and daily operations.
- Work alongside management to monitor performance and support team development.
- Learn how to train, motivate, and mentor new team members.
- Take on increasing responsibilities as you progress through the training program.
