About the Role

This role focuses on automotive benchmarking, teardown, and vehicle analysis across various vehicle types and global brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Benchmarking: EV, Hybrid, PHEV & ICE vehicles across US, German, European, Chinese, Italian, Indian & Japanese brands.
• Advanced Teardown: E-Drives, stators, rotors, inverters, DC-DC converters, onboard chargers, HV batteries, hybrid transmissions & IC engines.
• Vehicle Systems: ADAS, AVAS, lamps, HMI, modules, harnesses, exterior/interior trims, IP, steering, seats, closures, brakes & suspension.
• Engineering Analysis: Metrology, measurements, teardown photography, BOM creation, mounting strategy, thermal studies, attribute analysis & VAVE.
• Digital Operations: Physical/digital data collection, Iceberg Hub uploads, documentation, comparative analysis & technical presentations.
• Process Excellence: SOP, cell concept, quality improvement, Kaizen, PCR, POC, OCR, AI technology, innovation & lead-time optimization.
• Customer & Project Support: Ticket resolution, customer requirements, critical deliveries, project coordination, time management & customer satisfaction.
