Junior AI Content & Creative Operations Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and AI-savvy Junior AI Content & Creative Operations Executive. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end content creation and publishing process for consumer-facing mobile applications such as BhaktiLok, CashAlert, and Meratune. Responsibilities include brainstorming creative concepts, identifying trending content, producing digital content using AI tools, and overseeing publication on app dashboards. Content formats will encompass short-form videos, music, ringtones, wallpapers, devotional content, audio, and images. The ideal candidate will independently manage an idea from concept to creation and ensure organized, uploaded, and published content within applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Ideation & Strategy
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas across various formats: short-form videos, music, ringtones, wallpapers, devotional content, audio, and visual collections.
• Research trending topics, content formats, music styles, and user interests.
• Identify opportunities for new content categories and enhancing the content experience within apps.
• Develop creative concepts tailored to target audiences and individual app requirements.
• AI-Powered Content Creation
• Utilize AI tools to generate music, songs, background scores, ringtones, voiceovers, sound effects, images, wallpapers, and videos.
• Conceptualize and create short-form videos, animations, and other engaging digital content.
• Write prompts, scripts, captions, titles, and descriptions for diverse content formats.
• Experiment with new AI tools and creative workflows to enhance content quality and production efficiency.
• Edit, refine, and finalize AI-generated content to meet publishing standards.
• End-to-End Creative Production & Publishing
• Take full ownership of the content production process, from ideation through creation to final publishing.
• Prepare and optimize creative assets in required formats, resolutions, sizes, and specifications.
• Upload and manage videos, music, ringtones, wallpapers, images, and other content via internal app dashboards or CMS.
• Ensure content is correctly categorized, tagged, titled, described, and organized.
• Schedule and manage regular content updates across different app sections.
• Verify published content within apps for accurate display.
• Maintain content libraries, ensuring timely updates and replacements.
• Content Quality & Improvement
• Ensure all published content is relevant, engaging, accurate, and of high quality.
• Monitor content performance to identify user engagement improvement opportunities.
• Explore new content formats and consistently introduce fresh creative ideas.
• Coordinate with product and design teams to fulfill content requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• AI Tools & Skills
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with:
• Suno AI: For music, songs, background scores, and ringtone generation.
• ElevenLabs: For AI voiceovers and text-to-speech.
• ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini: For content ideation, scripting, and prompt generation.
• Canva / AI Image Generators: For wallpapers, backgrounds, and visual assets.
• AI Video Generation Tools: For short-form videos, animations, and creative production.
• Cleanvoice or similar tools: For audio cleaning and enhancement.
• Knowledge of additional AI tools and content management platforms is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in AI content creation, digital media, creative production, or similar roles.
• Strong creative thinking and content ideation abilities.
• Hands-on interest in AI-powered music, video, image, and audio generation.
• Understanding of digital content trends and various content formats.
• Ability to independently manage the complete content lifecycle.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to experiment, learn new tools, and take ownership of deliverables.
