About the Role
CGS is seeking a skilled HR Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist (HRDARS) – Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data, develop reports and dashboards, and identify workforce trends to support leadership decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
- Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
- Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of up to 3 years of relevant experience.
