About the Role
- Onsite position in Tucson, AZ.
- Requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance which must be active and existing on day 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform foundational financial tasks, support data accuracy, prepare standard reports, and assist senior team members.
- Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
- Prepare standard financial reports and metrics using provided tools and guidance.
- Extract data from SAP, Analysis for Office, and related systems.
- Support reconciliations, variance explanations, and routine finance tasks.
- Perform data validation in support of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Business, Engineering or relevant field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
- Preferred: Project exposure to finance or analytics.
- Preferred: Experience creating basic presentations or financial visuals.
- Preferred: Strong math and spreadsheet skills.
