About the Role

The Digital Marketing Intern role at BRANDMINT PR is an internship position based in Hazaribag with a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with social media campaign execution.
• Support online marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to content creation for various digital channels.
• Monitor and report on web and social media analytics.
• Track campaign performance.
• Suggest data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate with the PR and media production teams.
• Conduct basic market research.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for brand visibility strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing skills.
• Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and prepare simple reports.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of branding, PR, and content trends across major social platforms.
• Familiarity with common digital tools (e.g., social media schedulers, analytics dashboards, office productivity tools).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
