Key Responsibilities

• Work independently, determining the best approach to accomplish work.
• May lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion.
• Stay current on industry trends and serve as an expert on the software development lifecycle and agile engineering practices.
• Coach others as needed.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality design and deliverables.
• Advocate for new features within a product to address customer needs.
• Track metrics for product adoption and success.
• Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process under minimal supervision.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Data Structures and Algorithms (strong grasp)
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Golang, or C/C++
• Ability to think critically about application scalability and cloud environments
• Ability to architect and design distributed systems
• Ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and automate testing.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
