Agentic Marketing Intern

About the Role

Scout7.ai is looking for full-time interns who love creating content, telling stories, and working with AI. This is a creative role. You’ll come up with ideas, make the content with AI agents, and keep improving it with feedback from our team and our clients until it’s genuinely great.

Key Responsibilities

• Come up with content ideas (hooks, angles, stories, and formats) that fit each brand and its audience.
• Create content with AI agents: social posts, carousels, short videos and reels, blogs, and scripts.
• Share drafts with the team and clients, take feedback, and iterate until it lands.
• Study each client’s website, voice, colours, and customers to create on-brand content.
• Track content performance (views, saves, comments, clicks) and use insights for future content.
• Maintain a log of client feedback and preferences for faster and better iterations.
• Experiment with new AI tools and workflows for writing, design, voice, and video.

Who We're Looking For

• A creative mind with strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Good taste: ability to discern great content from "almost great".
• Someone who loves feedback and is excited about iterating on drafts.
• Clear communication: ability to explain ideas and ask clarifying questions.
• Curiosity about AI and Agentic Marketing, with a willingness to experiment.
• An eye for detail; typos, off-brand colours, and weak hooks are bothersome.
• A self-starter who ships fast and works proactively.
• A great sense of humor.

Good to Have

• A portfolio of created content (posts, reels, blogs, meme pages, YouTube channels).
• Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere or similar.
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, ElevenLabs.
• Previous internship experience in content, social media, an agency, or client-facing work.
• Basic understanding of SEO, hooks, and what performs well on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
