About the Role
Bridge Ventures is seeking a hands-on full-stack developer to design and build internal and partner-facing digital tools. You will work directly with leadership, own projects end to end, and play a key role in shaping the tech stack. The role starts on a project basis with the opportunity to join full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate third-party platforms through REST APIs and build reliable data sync pipelines
- Design and manage databases for business and sales data
- Build secure web applications with user authentication and role-based access
- Create clear, interactive dashboards and reports
- Maintain, document, and improve the systems built
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 1-2+ years of experience in full-stack or backend development (internships and personal projects count)
- Strong experience with REST API integrations
- Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or a similar backend language
- Solid database skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
- Experience building dashboards using React or BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, or similar)
- Good understanding of authentication, access control, and data security
Good to Have
- Experience with SFA/DMS platforms, Tally, or ERP integrations
- Background working with FMCG, retail, or distribution data
- Experience deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
